ORDER

I am new on this site, how do I order?

Here at GotyGoty Inc. we do everything we can to ensure that your shopping is easy and secure. The first thing you need to do is create an account. It’s a very quick and simple process. Once you have created your account, navigate through the site and choose your GotyGoty wear by model number. Select your design including the color you want,and the size you want.  Then click the ADD to CART button to add the item to your cart.
Once you are done shopping simply go to checkout, choose your preferred method of shipping, then complete the payment transaction.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

All items available to order online are posted on the website. If an item is no longer available a message will be display on the site about the specific item being out of stock and or back order.

How do I know if my order was successful?

If your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation message by email from GotyGoty Inc confirming that your order has been received. In case of a fail payment, we will not send you an email.

How can I change my order?

If your order was received but not yet processed, we will gladly go ahead and make all the necessary changes. Just send us an email specifying all the changes at info@gotygoty.com You order can be shipped the same day it was received so quickly inform us about the change.

How can I cancel my order?

Just send us an email specifying the reason for the cancellation at info@gotygoty.com if the order has been already sent, you will have to return it to us before we can cancel it

How can I track down my order?

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email you an order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders depending on the shipping method/carrier may not have a tracking numbers.

Does my order come in discreet packaging?

GotyGoty products are delivered in discreet packaging which only display our logo and your delivery information.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following method of payment: PayPal,  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all major credit/debit cards through Paypal( Choose Paypal as a payment method even if you don't have a paypal account. You will be asked to enter your credit card information). We also accept Money order payable to Jesue Tiwang/GotyGoty please mail the money order to 18 calm waters Cres, Brampton, Ontario, L6V4R9 also specify the item you want with the colour and size.
 

When do you charge me?

After you have completed your order online, a pre-authorization will be put on your account to hold the total amount you have to pay. We will only charge your card when the item is prepared and ready for dispatch.

I am having issue paying with my credit card?

Please read the error message and take actions accordinly,

Make sure you entering the exact information,

Call you bank to find out if there is any problem with your card,

Make sure you are filling all boxes with the correct address.

What currencies can i use?

We only accept payment in US dollars or Canadian dollars. All transactions that are not in US dollar or Canadian dollar  will be subject to currency conversion. Please note that currency fluctuates daily and international transaction fee may occurs.

Are all your products genuine?

Yes all the products on this site are 100% authentic. Our products are designed by a team of profesionnals in Canada and produce by our partners with high end equipment in Asia.

What size should I order?

The size chart for all GotyGoty products can be access by clicking on the following link http://gotygoty.com/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=11 Please note that sizes varies alot depending composure. If your size is in between 2 sizes we advise you to choose the bigger size.

How should my GotyGoty product fit on me?

GotyGoty products are made to fit thigh. 

Does the GotyGoty products have age limitation?

GotyGoty products are suitable for people of all age. Everyone can take advantage and benefit from our numerous products.  

Will you carry a line for men anytime soon?

Yes we are working on a full line of GotyGoty products for men. This line will include shorts, pants, t-shirts, jackets and more. Please visit our website and social media pages for latest information.

How do I wash and care for my GotyGoty products?

GotyGoty products are hand wash with a very soft detergent. We strongly advise you to use cold water only. GotyGoty products are not made to be machine dryed. Just line dryed your GotyGoty products indoor or outdoor.

What material is used to make the GotyGoty products?

GotyGoty pants and tops are made with a combination of neoprene, polyester and nylon material

What should I wear under my GotyGoty pants?

We advise you wear your GotyGoty pants with your usual and everyday underwear.

I am now pregnant, should I keep wearing my GotyGoty products?

No, we will advise you to stop wearing your GotyGoty products if you are pregnant. However your GotyGoty gear will be more usefull after you have delivered the baby.

How often can I wear my GotyGoty pants/top?

You can wear your GotyGoty product for the time frame you want as long as you feel confortable in them. Please make sure to maintain a good hydration while wearing your products for a long period of time.Some people do go to bed with the GotyGoty products but we do not encourage that.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What carrier do you use for deliveries?

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders: CANADA POST, FedEx, DHL USPS, and UPS
 

How much is the deliver fee?

Standard shipping fee to all Canadian Provinces & territories is FREE

Standard shipping to the US is $15.00 plus $5.00 for each additional item

Standard shipping to most international countries is $30.00 plus $5.00 for each additional item.

Will I be charged customs or duties for my order?

We are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the customs agency of your country. Duties and taxes may be charged on the items you ordered. The duties and taxes will be your responsibility. For orders out of Canada and United States, we strong advise that you verify with the customs before placing your order.

How long does delivery takes?

Depending on your address and postal code, your package can be delivered within 2 to 7 business days after processed for order inside Canada.

For U.S orders, depending on your address and  zip code, your package can be delivered within 4  to 7 business days after we have processed your order.

For any other order, depending on your country and address, your package can be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks after we have processed.

How do I  know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. This email will also include your tracking information if available.

Can I track my order?

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. An email will be sent to you regarding this. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers. We will send you the tracking process by email.
